Am on day four of sw........

and i really feel in a slump today :cry:

Did anyone else feel like this?
I know it's probably due to less carbs, and i'm eating a lot more healthy foods (I'm a crisps, chips, choccie girl and would eat them instead of meals) and also I'm trying to cut down on my diet coke addiction (I'm down to one or two cans a day instead of 5-6 in the winter and probably 8 or 9 a day in the summer)

Please tell me I'll start to feel a bit better soon :sigh:

I agree with JemmaBe - its probably more the coke withdrawals than the diet. Persevere with it hun cos it will pass eventually and you'll soon start to feel better for your healthier eating and drinking habits. And eat your carbs if you want them, they'll probably help you cope with your coke withdrawal symptoms. Try doing a few green days so you can eat carbs to your heart's content.

Its the coke. I was a proper diet coke addict and would have it everyday although i dont think i drank as much. Its took me a couple of weeks to cope without it but now i can take it or leave it. I dont have to have it everyday and will instead have it only at wknds.

Its probably your body getting used to less sugar and processed food - plus less diet coke!! I completely cut out coke ( the full fat type) when i started SW and now pretty much drink black coffee and water, with the very occassional diet coke & i had a alnost permanent headache for the 1st two weeks. 4 months in i feel great, my skin is in better shape, and i have loads more energy. Stick with it hun! X

Blimey bet your purse feels heavier now!!!:D ive never really been into fizzy drinks i love green teas though especially the green tea and lemon grass one good luck hope everything settles down soon.
