Am restarting tomorrow & am nervous as hell!

I've spent most of december messing about with CD, so am restarting tomorrow with my mum.
Luckily I have STS so I still only have 10lb to lose.
I'm so worried that I won't be able to stick to it & all that keeps going round my head is first time is golden time. Fingers crossed for me that won't be the case.

I started today though had planned to start last week! It is taken me this long to finally get my head in the right place. I understand what you mean about feeling nervous but if you are doing it with your mum your have that extra support and maybe healthy competition that will help you stick to it. I am almost through day 1 of SS and I am thinking if I got through to now I can get the by the rest of the evening. Also I have done this before but the re-re-re....start never really happened since September. so don't do what I did and make what you have to lose even more! Go for it!
