Green Day

Breakfast: Two small bananas, one apple

Lunch: Chicken & mushroom pasta n sauce made with 175ml whole milk, 28g parmesan and rocket.

Dinner: Green thai prawn curry made with 42g king prawns, shallot, butternut squash, courgette, carrot, green thai curry paste, light coconut milk (2), chicken stock, kaffir lime leaves, jasmine rice, mange tout, bamboo shoots and lime juice.

Snacks: Chocolate orange hifi bar, melon slices.

Drinks: Water, diet coke.

Breakfast: Two weetabix with 175ml whole milk, splenda and blueberries.

Lunch: Mushroom, sweetcorn, mange tout and rocket omelette with 28g cheddar.

Dinner: Slimming world chips, eggs, tomatoes and 85g bacon with 1 tbsp ketchup (1) .

Snacks: Apple and melon slices, sweet n sour mug shot, creme egg (8.5).

Drinks: 2 litres of water, 1 can of diet coke.

Total sins: 9.5

Red Day

Breakfast: 57g wholemeal roll topped with 28g cheddar with 1 tbsp ketchup (1), red grapes.

Lunch: Extra lean homemade burger with 28g cheddar, bacon, lettuce, rocket, red onion and gherkins, blueberry activia yoghurt.

Dinner: Jacket potato with chicken and mushrooms cooked in frylight, cajun spices and fat free natural yoghurt served with green beans and rocket.

Snacks: Crab sticks, pastrami slices, apple, galaxy caramel (12), cube of fudge (2).

Drinks: 2 litres of water, 1 can of diet coke.
