Not sure if this is a UK and US forum, BUT I'm in the UK and not long started SW, Im doing beautifully with Extra Easy SP

My friends in the states sent me some Larabars. Does anybody know where I can find the syn values of them.

I only have access to the UK site as stated above.

So because I'm in the UK I can't access the U.S. calculator so can anyone help me?
