Ammonia smell after exercise?

Hi all! Well I'm on day 4 of the plan and I've just taken my lovely cavalier King Charles for a 30 minute walk in the sun, we weren't walking particularly fast as we have to stop a lot of the time for Charlie to have a sniff!!
When I've just come back in, I've got a really strong ammonia smell in my nose....I'm not sweating and I can't smell it on my skin but its as if its in my nose if that makes sense?! Anybody else had this??! Is it a sign of ketosis or something else?! x

I had this when I was in London when I first started I was convinced I could smell it but my son couldn't smell anything.... thought I was going mad!

Yeah it's really weird!!! I've googled it and people have had the same thing with the smell only being in your nose! Some people say its to do with ketosis but some people say its your body burning muscle, and some say its using up excess protein! So I'm no clearer on what it is but at least I know I'm not on my own!! x
