Amount lost confusion!

Well today I had my first weigh in and I went from 16.5 to 15.9 stone (yay go me! )
So as my LLC said that's a 10ib loss.

So was very excited and came back to Minimins to share the news!
Went to change my weight on the side of my posts

And had to convert it to pounds.
So 16.5 stone became 231ibs
and 15.9 stone became 222.6ibs
So 231-222.6 = 8.4ibs what happened to the other 1.6ibs?!

Then on my weight ticker which is in kilograms I went from 104.7kg to 100.9kg...which is a 3.8kg loss which is 8.4ibs as well!

Am I being a complete idiot? Have I lost 10ibs or 8.4ibs?

Im not sure where youre getting the .6lbs from

16.5 stones is 229lbs
15.9 stones is 219lbs
Total loss 10lbs

Hello! I used this website Mass and Weight conversion online. and then tried a couple others, and they all say that 16.5 is 231ibs.

But your calculations make more sense!

Theyll be counting 16.5 as 16 and a half stones (16.7)

Best thing is to multiply the stones by 14 and add the lbs

Yeah felt a bit let down when it went down to 8.4ibs...but then thought that's crazy, i'd never lose 8ibs in a week on any other diet, let alone 10ibs!!
