    Well here we go. If you see anything I should be doing different or changing please shout...

    B - 2 weetabix, 175ml skimmed milk
    snack - Mullerlight
    L - Chicken rice, pineapple, mullerlight
    S - 2 EL Laughing cow, apple
    D - mince bef ragout ( from ee cookbook), pasta

    Syns
    Celebrations x 3 - 5 syns
    Cadbury highlights & Quark - 2 syns

    L - Chicken breast slices, couscous, brocolli

    s - muller light / banana
    L - Wholegrain cous cous, ham, beetroot, salad
    S - Carrot sticks, syn free hummus
    D - Noodles, veg, soya sauce
    s - plums / grapes

    B - 2 Weetabix & skimmed Milk, Banana, grapes
    S - WW yoghurt and 3 plums
    L - Wholegrain cous cous, ham, salad, tomatoes, beetroot
    S - Syn free hummus and veg sticks, pear
    D - One pot garlic chicken, cabbage, carrots, green beans, 3 baby potatoes ( from jan / feb Magazine)
    S - syn free pancakes ( 1 egg)
    1/3 tub quark, 1 option hot choc sachet ( 3 syns)

    B - 2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana
    S - 2 plums, pear
    L - Baked potato with Tin tuna, 1 dsp EL mayonnaise, salad, tomotoes
    S - WW s/berry yoghurt / ww peach yoghurt
    S - 1/2 tin of spaghetti
    D - Mince beef, oxo stock, carrots, onions with 3 baby potatoes mashed with cabbage and green beans
    Pineapple
    S - Syn free cous cous muffin

    Morning all !! Day 4 of my new start and loving it !!!

    B - 2 weetabix, milk, banana ( HEXA & B)
    S - WW Mango yoghurt and Pear
    L - Tesco Value Packet Tomato pasta / Salad
    S - WW Pineapple yogurt and fresh pineapple
    D - Teryaki salmon with free stir fry veg( from Jan/feb Magazine)

    Oh no hungry day ....

    B - Fat Free Fromage Frais / Rasperries / rice crispies ( HEXB)
    L - 1/2 SW Free quiche ( Ham, 2 Eggs, Quark, spring onions and tomatoes), Salad, beetroot
    S - Pear, 2 oranges, WW yoghurt
    S - fat free noodles - chilli chicken
    D - Smoked Haddock, rice, vegetables
    S - s x cous cous muffins

    Exercise - Kettlebell class ( 1 hour):D:D:D
