An Extra Easy 2012 :)

1lb on this week, totally deserved!!

I really haven't been sticking to plan as well as I was before Christmas. Need to get my act together! Will really try this week for a loss next Monday :)

Monday 20.2.12

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with milk

Snack: Banana and tea

Lunch: Massive fruit salad of melon, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and grapes; handful of cherry tomatoes (delicious!!)

Snack: Apple + Orange

Dinner: SW Sloppy Joes with chips and mixed veg.

Snack: Purple snack 5.5 syns

Total syns 5.5

Here's to a good week! Pancakes will NOT be my downfall tomorrow :p
 
Tuesday 21.2.12

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with milk

Snack: banana and tea

Lunch: mugshot, fruit salad (melon, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, grapes)

Snack: 1 pancake with Splenda ... I'm saying 10 syns??

Dinner: spicy wedges, apple, banana & mullerlight.

Total syns 10

Wednesday 23.2.12

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with milk, 1/4 melon

Snack: banana & tea

Lunch: exact same as yesterday!!

Snack: purple snack 5.5 syns

Dinner: spicy wedges with ketchup 3 syns, apple banana & mullerlight

Snack: 1/2 syn roulade (1 slice) with tea

Syns: 9.5

Friday 24.2.12

Breakfast: banana, apple, raspberries, strawberries, mullerlight

Lunch: brown bread sandwich with mayo (3 syns), ham, lettuce, tomato, onion.

Snack: melon & grapes

Snack: slice of half syn roulade, Curly wurly 6 syns

Dinner: fillet steak, sw chips, mixed veg

Dessert: banana, strawberries, raspberries, mullerlight & 1 small meringue 1.5 syns, purple snack 5.5 syns

Total syns: 16 oops!!!
 
this is a great diary, going to come back and have a proper look again later.
 
I'm baaa - aaack !!

Totally went off the rails for a while there but I am 100% back on track! Going on hols to Italy at the end of July and I'm really pushing for another few lbs off before I go! Have also started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD (just completed Day 4 today) and after the initial pain I think I am now hooked! Hoping to put up pics of my meals on here using the app I have on my phone :)

Today's food!

Saturday 7.7.12

Breakfast: Bowl of melon and strawberries, 2 kiwis. 2 x Weetabix (heb) with milk (hea).

Snack: Coffee + banana

Lunch: SW Chips + baked beans, followed by an apple + pear.

Snack: Mullerlight Greek Style yogurt (1/2 syn)

Dinner: SW Chicken curry with rice + wedges, followed by apple, banana, strawberry + grapes + Mullerlight yogurt.

Snack: Purple snack (5.5 syns)

Total Syns today: 6 :)

Hi, I don't have the recipe at the min as I've given my recipes to a friend to borrow but if you google it you should find something! Sloppy joes is delicious :)
 
Just finished Day 5 Level 1 of 30 Day Shred and I am feeling great!

Today's meals:

Breakfast: melon & grapes, Hifi light bar & coffee (1/2 heb)

Snack: apple & satsuma

Lunch: Baked potato filled with leftover curry, banana & tea

Snack: Hifi light bar (1/2 heb) & tea, mullerlight Greek style yogurt (1/2 syn)

Dinner: SW beef stroganoff, followed by sw rice pudding (hea).

Snack: Galaxy Bubbles 8.5 syns

Total syns: 9
 
Hi, I started back slimming world last week after being off it for 18 months and gaining almost 3 stone. Last time I was on it i lost 4 stone in just over 4 months so i know i can do it again. Must say though I am finding it much harder second time around. Cant seem to find my original motivitation. Hearing all of your stories is very inspiring and I would just like to say congratulations to you all. Keep up your good work :)

Snack: tea & purple snack (5.5 syns)

Dinner: leftover beef stroganoff with rice, apple & banana with mullerlight yogurt

Snack: 2 x Hifi light bars (heb)

Supper: leftover rice pudding (hea) with 2 tsp low sugar jam (1 syn)


Total syns: 6.5
