Yes a bit more than normal - more so after soups??

Not sure what to advise to lesson it though!! x

chicory root, the bars contain more than the shakes and soups, but still contain it. It seems like useful stuff , has the same effect as probiotic yoghurts in that it feeds the good gut bacteria, too well it seems as they start to give off gas. also chicory root is used as a laxative

i havent had it so far and im in my 2nd week of exante but the last 2 days have been awful

Interesting about the chicory root and it is usually after the soups, more that the bars. Useful to know tho :)

Mine has calmed down now (thankfully) And thinking about it, mine was after soups too lol!

Thankfully, its settled down a bit now, shame the 'human balloon' status, doesnt lift me magically off the scales long enough to read a lighter reading LOL
