An Old Newbie...

    Atkins
    Was doing Atkins a few months back, but found it too hard - due to the fact that I like a bottle of wine at weekends and I would pile any weight that I had lost back on.

    However I am now on some meds which means I cannot drink for the forseeable future anyway !

    Being as Im always soo hungry on WW, Ive decided to come back to Atkins.

    I get incredibly bored at breakfast times tho. Any ideas? I have some flaxseed in my cupboard, are muffins Induction friendly? I forget.

    Anyways, just wanted to say Hi :wavey: and that I will be browsing around the Atkins forums for the next few days trying to get a handle on it again !

    Ketostix and water at the ready :D

    I do bacon and eggs most mornings, but there's some cracking recipes for things like egg and sausage muffins. Or try toasted Mims, or the unconventional but yummy bacon, tomato and avocado.

    5:2 Intermittent Fasting, Slimming World
    For breakfast I have a handful of nuts but you have to wait until you're off induction.
