well, after an eventful (sadly not when it comes to the toilet habits ) week, after many many litres of water throughout the week i went for a late afternoon weigh in (4pm and i was dreading weighing in after a day of water sipping ) , i have lost 9lbs :D.
i am happy with that, especially since i had drunk 3 pints of water through the day before weighin.
so, onwards and downwards to another good weigh in next week :D.
hope everyone is feeling motivated for the week ahead. i know i am :)

thanks for the lovely replies everyone.
im not sure which is best.... this wonderful diet or the wonderful support here on minimins.
i wouldnt be on minimins if i werent dieting and i doubt i would be 100% with cd if it werent for the people on minimins.
the two together are an amazing combination. :D
