heya monkey,

breakfast is generally a asda vitality bar and can of sliced peaches in natural juice
lunch tinned tuna (half a can) ideally in spring water mixed with 1 table spoon lighter than light hellmans mayo, 1/4 of a iceburg lettuce and 1/4 of a cucumber, or some celery or 1/2 a yellow pepper
lunch some cold sliced roast beef or roast ham with above veggies
lunch asda good for you cottage cheese , 3 table spoons worth with 3 things of fresh beetroot and 1/4 iceburg lettuce
dinner fresh salmon/tuna/chicken/steak with at least 2 kinds of veg and mash potatoes but mashed with a few squirts of the buttery fry light
snacks dried apricots, dried apple rings, a fresh fig, a boiled egg


that is all i have had in the past week n it has clearly worked

and drunk at least 10 pints of water a day (prior to xen id be drinking at least 8 pints)
