Hi all,heard so much about this diet and i'm praying it works for me.I'm on full replacement meals and by reading all the positive threads on here i think i should be ok.
I will definately be on here a lot as everyone seems so supportive,I've got 50lbs to lose for friends wedding in September so fingers crossed x
