Breakfast ~ wasn't able to have breakfast as I was going to have my bloods done at 9.50am & I had to fast for 12 hours before.
Mid Morn snack ~ Alpen Light (3 syns)
Lunch ~ very large chicken (HEB) stir fry (stir fry veg, orange pepper, baby corn, mange tout, brocolli, noodles)
Dinner ~ same as lunch as I have made a huge portion so I'm using my HEB again ~ used a blue dragon Chow mein sauce (5.5 syns)
Syns so far ~ 8.5
Snack later ~ peach
HEA ~ semi skimmed milk
