I am starting the Cambridge diet next week. I have 4.5 stone to lose. EEEEEEEK.

I have now done week 1 and have WI at 12 tomorrow. I am nervous. My ticker is waiting to show progress but how much? Everyone seems to have encouraging track records below their posts but will I? Can I actually do this? Most things I have tried I have lost no more than a stone over 6 months. I need her scales to be encouraging!!

Good Luck with your Goals, you need to be consistent to improve and get the desired results.

My next weigh in is on Weds but much later in the day so even a 4lb weight loss will look like 1lb. I am about 5lb heavier in the evening than earlier in the day!!
Fat photos are in my album now. I look forward to putting thinner ones in.

Saw these targets under someone;s post. I have adapted them for me.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life
Goal 1: Just one pesky stone would be nice! -

Goal 2: 10% of my body weight (18.6lbs) -
Goal 3: Two stone -
Goal 4: Into the 11s -
Goal 5: Three stone - by Christmas
Goal 6: bmi on or below 25
Into the 10s
Final Goal: 10 stone 1
less if I'm still podgy
 
So, here I am 3 months later and nearly 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stone lighter. Trousers are/have fallen off me and I can't believe it. I read other people's stories but couldn't quite believe mine would be dramatic too. I have 1.5 stone to go and I can't wait. I thought I would just check off some of the targets I made on Sept 1st....
