Lunch -

1 boiled egg = 2
1 l/cow light = 1
salad

snack - tesco reduced fat biscuit and raisin bar = 2
Dinner -
homemade cheesy aubergine bake (30g reduced fat cheddar) = 2
Iceland garlic and herb chicken breast steak = 5
strawberries

4 slice chicken ham =2
3 tesco value imperial mints = 1
todays milk - 100 mls = 1

theres no way I could eat another 9 pp today
