    Breakfast -
    Rice crispie multigrain (from variety pack including milk) = 4pp
    banana,apple

    Lunch -
    2 ww bread = 3
    1 boiled egg = 2
    1 l/cow light = 1
    salad
    activia yogurt = 3

    snack - tesco reduced fat biscuit and raisin bar = 2

    Dinner -
    homemade cheesy aubergine bake (30g reduced fat cheddar) = 2
    Iceland garlic and herb chicken breast steak = 5
    strawberries

    snack -
    4 crackerbread = 2
    1 l/cow light =1
    4 slice chicken ham =2
    3 tesco value imperial mints = 1

    todays milk - 100 mls = 1

    TOTAL = 29 pp
    theres no way I could eat another 9 pp today

    well done...what a good start... i have 40 pp per day but i try to eat as many as i can so im not hungry, check out my diary on here hun too.... x good luk and keep us posted!

    beansprouts, mushrooms, onion

    felt hungry all day today! lol

    I didnt use any of my weeklies last week but will be using them this week for a drink and nibbles on saturday.
