Well I was really tested today....a bloke in the office came in with a box of a dozen Krispy Kreme's for the office...I told them I couldn't have one as I was being 100% this week and that I was getting weighed tomorrow but they just kept saying I had to have one haha....soo I said well I will take one home and have it tomorrow after I have been weighed BUT I have done one better and sent the lovely Krispy Kreme off to work with my OH haha...I knew it would have been sat there tempting me all night so off it went

Will update later as not sure what the rest of today will bring. I actually forgot to take my scales to my nans this morning as was loading Crimbo pressies into my boot so got distracted....but been on them at home and they are saying -3lb. I will however be getting weighed on Tuesday at nans so I will record my weight on Tuesday as that will be a full week :) x

Had no lunch today but tea was a takeaway:

Well I am feeling good this morning....feel like I have had a good weekend even though I had more syns than I should on Saturday but I feel because I hadn't been having all my syns in the week, I was allowed the treat :) As it is Christmas coming up I have a few plans so I will stay on plan the days I can and won't beat myself on the days that I slip a little...it is Christmas after all :) I will be on plan Mon - Thurs this week, then I am out for a meal (all you can eat buffet syle) on Thursday but I will choose wisely and fill up on a Salad etc then Sunday we are having a Christmas buffet at work so I shall be eating naughtiness on that day....I will try again to have minimal syns in the week so hopefully the meal and buffet won't take me over by much.

Well today is going to be a write off and a day off as we are having a buffet at work and I am going to Taybarns after work which is an all you can eat place. I will try to make the better choices at Taybarns but I know today will be full of syns....I will be back on plan tomorrow though :) x

Buffet food.....well this is pretty much what I had....2 triangles of egg mayo sandwich, thin slice of quiche, 1 tiny sausage roll, 1 cheese straw stick, 2 cocktail sticks with pickled onion, sausage and cheese on and a small piece of marble cake, which I had made :)
