Just checked...mine are the 60ml so only 8 syns, the 92ml are 14...phew! Jealous of cake too!!
 
Ok have missed out yesterday it seems how did that happen?! Now can I remember what I had this is the question... wasn't a good day :/

B: 2 Aplen Lights HEB
L: (out) chilli, salad

Then it all went wrong!

T: (also out) steak, baked potato, peas, tomato, gave my mushroom away as was swimming in oil, ate 2 onion rings though :( and not enough superfree there. Had squirt of HP on my tattie reckon 2 syns for that as obv no tblsp to measure!

3 of those little bottles of wine not listed on syns, and it's between the two glass sizes on there so will put it at 7syns each = 21 syns

Sense kicked in then and I had diet soft drinks for rest of the evening!

then went home and had a handful of All bran choc crunch - 6 syns

Didn't have a HEA...

So reckon pushing 40 syns there. :(

My head is now out of my bottom though, I have gone shopping, gotten prepared and planned for next day or two and I will not be having above 5 syns for rest of week, would have none but I tend to use my syns as ingredients for meal enhacnements, rather thn naughty stuff cause this ^^^^^ is what happens!!

Snack: sushi box (can't find the exact one on syns online so will take it as 2.5 syns which is what the boxes of similar size is and the top syns too)
T: chinese fried rice with chicken, peppers, red onions, beansprouts, cabbage, carrots, mayflower curry sauce 100mls made up 4 syns

Evening snack wholemeal roll ( heb) 2 slices low low mature cheese, ham,

Syns:sushi 2.5, 2x highlights 4 syns, curry sauce 4 syns = total 10.5

T: making a sw pizza with warburtons thin 5 syns, passata, chilli, 2 low low slices HEA, chicken and pineapple on top served with lettuce, red onion, red pepper and cherry tomatoes, salad spray

Snack later: another aldi alpen bar for other half of heb

T: chinese takeaway - special chow mein and boiled rice - will half the portion sizes but still take it at the SW serving size/syns of 8 and have the rest for lunch Thursday :)

HE: 2 ryvita/hifi light bar, low low cheese spread
Superfree: plums x 3, pineapple, kiwi, pickled gherkins, onions, red cabbage, beetroot, whatever veg is in the chow mein

L: scrambled egg, tin of toms, bacon, wholemeal roll HEB, squidge of my hea low low cheese with chilli on bacon roll YUM

WI tonight - 4.5lbs loss and got my stone award and am also 3.5lbs on towards my next award :D really chuffed.

Week 7:


B: 2 plums, hifi light bar (half heb)
L: left over chinese 8 syns
T: low low (hea) stuffed chicken thigh wrapped in ham slice with steamed butternut squash, made a tomato sauce with passata, lea and perrins, paprika, soy sauce and baked it in that
Snacks: fruit, hiifi light (other half heb)

Syns: options 2 chinese 8
Superfree: looks low but each meal has actually been a third even the chinese was packed with veggies.

Flexisynning today, had an event on and at lunch were no remotely sw friendly options so had half a 10inch italian pizza (not as much cheese) with ham, fresh tomato, fresh mushrooms, will check online for syns at another italian place and count as that, got to eat out tonight too but at a chinese buffet so that's doable, boiled rice, veggies, chow mein etc and will be having some martini and diet cokes later on so whole of today is pretty mucha write off! if I had flipping remembered about today I would have saved some back but hey ho!

haven't been able to get online for a few days errr Friday I think...

Anyway - yes Friday probably had about 100 syns in all :eek: but was right back on plan again Sat morning and been 100% since then so hopefully have pulled it back enough for a loss still this week! Am not posting my diaries for last few days as I cannot be bothered to be honest, it's freezing and my fingers don't like typing in the cold!!

Today:

B: peanut hifi bar HEB two plums
Snack: fruit salad bowl
L: wholegrain pasta and sauce carbonara, that one is not listed on syns so will take it as 3 syns to make sure it's covered well and truly!
Snack: 3 low low toastie cheese slices HEA
Dinner: Boiled rice, tandoori chicken (no sauce) salad, some chicken dhansak - will say 15 syns to make sure am covered there.

Syns: 18
Superfree: apple, orange, grapes, melon, mango, pinepapple, 2x plums, lettuce, red onions, cucumber, tomato

Weigh in tonight, fingers crossed for a loss of any description!!

Brunch: micro jacket potato (1syn), hea cheese( part of), chopped spring onions, fruit salad pot, 2 tbslp ex lite mayo 1 syn
tea before WI: heb wholemeal sandwich with rest of hea cheese slice and one extra slice 2 syns and spring onions, 1tbslp hp sauce 1 syn
Proper tea (?!): pasta and sauce with LOTS of SF veggies added - moving house this weekend and need to clear the fridge out!
Snacks: jelly pot 0.5 fresh mango

Syns: 5.5
Superfree: mango, apple, grapes, strawberries, spring onions x5, babycorn, sugarsnap peas, carrots, red onion, marrow

anyway!

B: 2 plums, muller greek yog 0.5 , one ryvita from HEB with some of low low HEA

L: high veg mushroom pasta n sauce (50% veg in them) added 5 chopped spring onions and 3 chopped babycorns, stirred in the rest of hea low low cheese to make it creamy and ground chilli/garlic grinder thing in, wasn't bad actually. Might change my future pasta and sauces to the high veg ones.

T: quorn something whatever free is in the freezer!, steamed carrots, sugar snap peas and asparagus with little of steamed tattie in skins, instant onion sauce thing if there's any in cupboard, or gravy if not - will syn after as will have to look it up again.

Evening snack: other 3 ryvita from heb with marmite/quark mixed together on, and some pickles.

Next couple of days will be a bit up and down as we are moving house, will do my utmost to make the best choices I can and as soon as kitchen is unpacked and shopping done will be smashing it 100%. Should be maybe a day at the most that things won't be ideal.
 
Been offline and moved house and had some stuff going on and went pretty much offplan for 3-4 weeks, drank, ate kebabs etc - managed to scrape through with a 1lb gain for all of that, goodness knows how, probably as I do an active job. Anyway been back on plan for 3 weeks now and am back online, I cannot tell you how much I missed the support I get online from various quarters, I was shocked how much I rely on it!

Anyway, weigh in tomorrow night, hoping for 1lb to make my Club 10 :)

Today's intake:

B: Aldi light bar (half a heb) apple
L: egg mayo (1 syn for el mayo) spring onions, micro baked tattie (1 syn) cup of superfree veg soup
T: herbed roast chicken breast, cauliflower, broccoli, sprouts, asda instant onion and chive sauce (3.5 syns for 100ml made up)

Still got a half a heb and a hea to have so will maybe have some supper later but am stuffed just now so won't have it just for the sake of it :)
 
2,5lbs off this week :) just another 2.5lbs to go to my 2 stone award!

Rather disappointed you get no recongition for Club 10 though which I attained last night :(
