Right, thought I'd start a diary in here, just to log losses, gains, how I'm feeling, new recipes etc - just a motivator really!
So a bit about me, I'm 35, had my 2nd baby in 3 years 3 months ago and have a good 3-4 stone to lose.
Not going to set an ultimate target yet, just small goals. My first was to lose 1 stone by mid feb (i'll be 15st 11) when I'm going out for the night. Then my 10% (15st 1), then to get to my half stones until I'm 13st 7, which is my weight when I got married!! (I'm tall so can carry off that weight pretty well) - then ultimate goal.
Really enjoying the plan so far! I'm finding it really easy to follow, it helps that I'm at home on maternity leave. When I go back to work in June with 2 kids in nursery, that is when lots of prep will be needed!!
Was amazed when I lost over half stone first week! Got certificate too - never lost that much in a week before! Expected to sts or gain this week, due to time of the month - feeling really bloated. I knew I had stayed on plan but just couldn't believe I could lose again - but I lost 2.5lb!
So chuffed - 10lb in 2 weeks - my stone target is in sight!

Thanks so much guys, hey Desireeanne - where in NZ are you from? My uncle lives in Canterbury, I went there to stay with him for a while and travelled round both islands!

Right this week I am going to attempt to eat every one of my syns as I always have some to spare by the end of the week. Wonder if it will affect the weightloss? Next week I'll leave some spare and see which week gives me the better loss..

Yeah it's going ok, had 12 on Tues, 14 on weds and 17 today so averaging out fine. Made britmum's squidgy choc cake today!! Mmmmmmm! All weekend syns will be on alcohol as going out twice, so will be really good & stick to F & SF foodwise.... Be interesting to see what I lose!

Well, went out on weekend, stuck to Gin/Slim but did have an Indian on Fri night (dry tandoori so not too bad!) - ate all my syns every day and lost 3lb!!!!!
So pleased, next week I will definitely get my stone award - hooray! Going to try and eat slightly (just 1-2) less syns a day this week and just see what happens...if i don't lose as much then I am going to stick to (and blimmin enjoy) my 15 syns a day!!!!
