Right, thought I'd start a diary in here, just to log losses, gains, how I'm feeling, new recipes etc - just a motivator really!
So a bit about me, I'm 35, had my 2nd baby in 3 years 3 months ago and have a good 3-4 stone to lose.
Not going to set an ultimate target yet, just small goals. My first was to lose 1 stone by mid feb (i'll be 15st 11) when I'm going out for the night. Then my 10% (15st 1), then to get to my half stones until I'm 13st 7, which is my weight when I got married!! (I'm tall so can carry off that weight pretty well) - then ultimate goal.
Really enjoying the plan so far! I'm finding it really easy to follow, it helps that I'm at home on maternity leave. When I go back to work in June with 2 kids in nursery, that is when lots of prep will be needed!!
Was amazed when I lost over half stone first week! Got certificate too - never lost that much in a week before! Expected to sts or gain this week, due to time of the month - feeling really bloated. I knew I had stayed on plan but just couldn't believe I could lose again - but I lost 2.5lb!
So chuffed - 10lb in 2 weeks - my stone target is in sight!
