I haven't posted my losses since I began so here goes:
Start Weight - 109.4 kg - 17.2 stones
Week One: 3.9kg or 8.5lbs
Week Two: 1.8kg or 4lb
Week Three: 2.1kg or 4.6lbs
Week Four: 1.7kg or 3.7lbs
My lowest loss to date this week - does it mean a bigger loss next week?
