good luck for tomorrow and 23 points is fab.... I kick box twice a week thats 16 points for two sessions or 24 points for three... lol ( don't manage three very often though) x x x

I couldn't do kick boxing, no wonder it's worth so many points, it must be exhausting! :eek:
 
I've had what feels like a really lazy day. We stayed in all morning & visited my in-laws this afternoon after a quick trip to the shops.

I've done no exercise today so my weekly total for activity points is 23. I have kept to my points all week & have eaten 12 of my activity points, the maximum ww say you can eat.

It's weigh-in day tomorrow. I am hoping to drop down in to the next stone bracket so the down side would be loosing a point, worth it though :D I need to lose at least 1.75 pounds to achieve it. If I lose 3 pounds tomorrow I get my 10% :rolleyes:

Having read through your diary I see we have around the same amount of weight to loose so hopefully we will do it alongside each other. You are doing very well and I'm sure that you will do well tomorrow with all that exercise.

Interested to hear about the OU I did it and loved it from undergraduate to Phd. Hope its all going well as its all kicking off for this year now.

Gosh, well done for reading all my waffle! LOL

Another OU addict! ;) I'm really enjoying it. Apart from wanting to teach lower primary I really enjoy having something that's got nothing to do with being a stay at home mum or wife. I started it more as a hobby as I thought I might enjoy it & I got hooked. My next course doesn't start until February but then I don't get a break until October 2010 (when I finish my degree) as I have back to back courses as they have a few start dates a year. I have started reading my set books just to get a feel of things as my course materials wont arrive until January.

Good luck with your ww journey, it really is a good plan :)

Thank you :) I'm sooo pleased, to think I started at 21 stone to be in the 18's is wonderful. Hopefully by next week I'll be obese rather than morbidly obese, now that would be wonderful :D

You made me realise that this time next week I could be in the 'normal' category :D That would be so exciting. I assume it will be the week after though. I can't keep losing 2lbs every week.

Thank you :D I'm on cloud 9 this morning. I've decided to try & earn 5 activity points a day, monday - friday & then take the weekend off. That would give me 25. I can't see me ever getting to the 28 ww say to aim for but I'll give 25 a really good try. I feel so much better & I know in part that because of the weight loss but the exercise has a lot to do with it as well. It's been years since I've been able to walk as far etc & it feels soooo good :D
