Annoyed, LL & LLC.. Could quit join CD ??

Good decision!
As a CD person myself I would certainly recommend the diet. Have been on diet 7 weeks now and have lost loads due to total commitment. I wasn't sure which to go for LL or CD? But after looking into both decided CD was the life for me and hubby.
Our counsellor is lovely, supportive and she fits in with our available times. The foodpacks are a lot better than I thought they would be and hubby and I look forawrd to our add a meal weeks. You've got that to look forward to.

Tonight and not weighed in 2weeks! But i did have buy a new belt today. 4inch smaller than old belt
