Hey hun, can I suggest upping your syns? I had about 7 weeks of 0.5lb losses, then a 1lb gain and I just lost it, went straight to Nandos and didn't make the healthiest choices, didn't count syns. Came home and tucked into donner and chips and cheese pastries, and then had two kind-of sensible days. Then, I started my period, ate loads of doritos with dip and it was my brother's birthday so I had three slices of cake. I'm sure I was naughty again over the course of the week up until WI, but lost 2.5lbs once I got there and was in absolute shock. I dislike the women who sit in group and say 'I'm really surprised I lost 3lbs, I went out for pizza and then my grandsons came over and we had sausage rolls and then I had a bottle of wine with a friend and she slipped me some chocolate biscuits so I really didn't deserve that loss'.. Damn right you didn't deserve it old woman, you say this every week! But I think you should try a couple of off-plan days, or even just one? And then be really good the rest of the week, see if that jolts your losses a bit? Or just try having double the amount of syns you'd usually have in a day if you don't want to have the max 105 per week? Good luck, whatever you decide to do, and fingers crossed for your next WI.
