Thats 4lb in 4 weeks, i was hoping for more this week but *week arrived today, that fact that i still lost though shows ee works for me. yippee l love it!!!

Lost 3lbs first week, now stayed the same for the last two weeks, very dissapointed !! but not giving up, doing red all this week to see if it helps !!!!:cry::cry::cry:
