Ok 7 hours into day one and I havent cheated yet :D yeah ok I just woke up lol.

The shakes say to mix with either cold or hot "but not boiling" water. Why not boiling? Does it break down the proteins if its too hot? Or is it just so I dont burn meself???:p

I think the boiling water kills off some of the nutrients in the packs.

Good luck with day one and have a fab day x
Thank you my dear :D

Fyi boiling water also makes it go a tad lumpy lol. dont think i left the water to cool quite long enough

I think boiling water would kill off some of the nutrients, besides I learnt to my cost not to use a hand blender with near boiling water.

I still have the marks on the kitchen ceiling.....:D

BigPants is right!

vitamin B6,
vitamin B12
vitamin C
biotin
niacin
folic acid
patothenic acid
riboflavin
thiamin

All of the above are water-soluble and are destroyed with boiling water.

Thank you, I assumed it would have something to do with breaking down the proteins or something

May aswell hi-jack this thread rather than start another for a dumb question.

Well here goes, when I try to click on my name, then view public profile, to add an avatar or change my profile it says that I do not have permission to view this page... have I done something wrong :(

Hi Haitch

You need to make 20 posts first - which you have done. I had the same problem - resolved when I logged out of this site and then logged back in again :)

Hope that helps

Have you tried changing it under User CP at the top?
It might be 50 posts to add a picture, can never remember.
