Another exante new starter

Hello, I only discovered this diet on Monday and I have been reading all of the posts and information with a lot of interest. I have bitten the bullet and ordered 4 bargain boxes (i'm a sucker for a discount) so I really hope I like them. I am starting tomorrow and I am hoping it's not too much of a struggle.

I did cambridge in 2008 and lost 4 stone, but I did not maintain and now need to lose 6 stone!!

I have stocked up on bottles of water, have my portable hand blender on charge and am looking forward to starting my new routine and sticking to it and maintaining it this time.

Wish me luck (I'll need it)

Hey Lou :) I ordered my Exante packs (3 bumper packs lol I'm just as much a sucker for a bargain!) last night and am hoping they arrive on Monday. If not I'll use up my old Lipotrim sachets until the Exante package arrives.

Sounds like we have similar stories, I did Lipotrim for 12 weeks in 2008 and lost 4 stone but have since put it all back on (maybe even half a stone more but don't actually know as honest-to-goodness to frightened to weigh.)

Came on this forum last night but so far you're the only other person I've seen active on the Exante board so I nearly gave up on it and stayed on the LT board instead.

Hopefully we can help each other out for support and motivation.

I'm really looking forward to starting on Monday and it sounds like you're just as determined so I'm sure together we'll be looking fit and fabulous by the summer time!

Good luck babe!

Hiya Lou, just wanted to say hi, I am starting on Monday so will be watching how you guys who started a couple of days earlier get on....goodluck, you can do it, we can do it, we will do it, we need to do it......:party0011:

Goodluck

You've got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It's called perseverance.

Hi everyone! I started Exante on 4th December and have been doing really well on it until Christmas! I kind of gave up over the Christmas week as there was too much socialising going on. Consequently I put on 5 lbs. Boo hoo. Never mind. I know I can lose the weight when I stick to Exante and it is easy to stick to. All the flavours are good - there is one soup I'm not keen on, but it's not that bad. What I have learnt over Crimbo is that I still have the same issues with food - that hasn't changed. if there is food around I will eat and eat and eat. I don't have that trigger in my head that says 'You've had enough - you're full' I am hoping that after 6 months or so of sticking to Exante, my issues with food will have changed. If not, that is something I am definitely going to have to work on, because I do not want to put it all back on again. Too many yoyo diets in the past - this is the one that will work.

Good luck everyone - it is exciting isn't it!!

Welcome Yummy and well done for getting back on the wagon :)

I'm sure we'll prove everyone out there that we do have the willpower and determination to fight this fat and be looking gorgeous in just a few short months!!

Come on girls!!! :party0011:

Thank you for responding I did think this link was a bit quiet so been looking on CD site. Will keep you posted am starting Monday 4th now (boyf working away next week so went out for a meal, same old story) but I think being busy at work for the first few days is the best bet anyway. Keep in touch!!!

Being busy is definitely better. I found when I started and wasn't working I was tearing my hair out and literally counting the minutes until my next shake!

hey girls,
I am in the same boat did CD last year and lost 3stone, didnt work up the steps  and put on 2 stone
So now i have restarted on CD, using up my packs and have ordered 2 bargain packs, so determined to lose this weight again and keep it off this time.

I have bought a book 'overcoming emotional eating' which is fab, and also got Paul Makenna on my MP3 to help me beat the cravings, so i am hoping with this latest weaponry, i will sort my issues out with food. :D

Its not that i eat meals, its purely choclate and biscuits, i can live on 6 or 7 coffees a day, each one with 5 or 6 biscuits (choc coated cookies etc) ... hence my weight gain

I am sooo determined to get the weight off and keep it off this time :flirt2:
