Thanks for this article, very interesting read.

We do get brainwashed into accepting what is a so called healthy diet, I know I feel better and lose weight when restricting carbs but still get swayed into the thats not healthy brigade. If I could only manage the fat without the dreaded heartburn I'd be a happy bunny
