Another gym question:(

Are you still in attack? From what I remember I used to get very tired easily after the gym in Attack and the first two weeks of cruise.. just making sure the meal you have beforehand is enough, good thing about Dukan is that protein is really good for the gym!, plenty of water & I have a coffee before I go to the gym about an hour/half hour beforehand..

If/when in cruise perhaps try and go on PV days?
I suffered with tiredness for several weeks into the diet - things seem to have stablised more now as my body has adjusted to it. Making sure I eat my oatbran before any decent level of activity has certainly helped - as well as making sure I "fuel" myself up on a regular basis throughout the day to keep my energy levels up.
