I'm new to the Calorie counting forum. I used to do WW, RConley and SW but I got fed up and I stopped losing.
I think my metabolism is shot to pieces because I gave up smoking after 20 years.
So it's just plain old calorie counting (1400 a day) and going to the gym twice a week and cycling to work.
I hope to use this place as much as I can, to get tips an all.
I'm doing well keeping off choccy and cake but I work in a school kitchen and they make apple crumble:drool:, flap jack, chocolate sponge :gimi:etc so it's really hard.
