I started calorie counting again today with a start weight of 200!

I'm using mfp and my user name is roxie_belle

Feel free to add me I could do with the support.

Excited to get to know people and shift these extra lbs!
 
Hi, I've been on and off this site since last year.
But now back and ready to start again!!
I'm also on mfp so will add you.
I started Monday so will let you know how it goes every Monday.

I'm 181 or 12st 13lbs.

Ok so I was going so well this week, but had a really bad day and had more then planned tonight. So I'm now over my calories :-(

New day tomorrow though, I will just have to do more exercise to make up for it!

Note to self...... Leave some calories over for unexpected evening munchies!!!!
 
Hi, I find it hardest in the evening.
My hubby can eat what he wants and never puts weight on, so he has crisps, cakes and chocolate and I have to sit and watch him!!!!

How much are you hoping to lose?

Keep strong, weekend is always a challenge x

Hiya, welcome to CC! Nice to see this board is getting so busy :)

My OH is the same - he scoffs endless amounts of bread, pretzels, nuts, crisps and chocolate and doesn't gain a pound! While I'm sitting there with fruit & an options hot chocolate, how exciting!
