Another Newbie !!

Hi and welcome everyone.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Lyn, I have been doing SW at home since 28/1/2008 with a friend and my start weight was 14st 2oz, my current weight to date is 10st 13oz.

I used to wear size 20-22 clothes with elesticated waist, I have brought a skinny pair of jeans today to find I can now fit into a size 12 yipee!

I find your forum very interesting and inspiring, I have bookmarked quite a few of the receipes listed on here. (not tried them all yet, but I will).

Anyway look forward to being part of a friendly group.
