Welcome emmabi,

Well done on your weight loss so far which is very good and I know you are feeling a bit disappointed in your weight loss this week but you still had a loss.

It is not unusual to have a low weight loss some weeks or to even stay the same.

The link below will take you to the SW forum here and the members there will be able to give you support and advise.

You might like to do a food diary and that way it would be easier to keep track of what you are eating and make adjustments as when and where required as you go along.

You can always do a print out and bring it along to SW class for your class leader to look over.
