feeling bit better but still really tired and struggling to eat much this virus really knocked it out of me only managed to eat just under 700 cals today which is no where near enough even though i feel like i have eaten loads going to try and get half tin rice pudding down later but not banking on it lol

toasted raisin and cinnamon english muffin

lunch
6inch sub with turkey and salad very enjoyable but filled me up a little too much

dinner
eat smart croissant with cherry tomatoes and a laughing cow deli square with onion

bit better today made it as far as breakfast and lunch but not managed any tea as of yet just have no appetite whatsoever

yeah back to normal after a week of very shaky eating and not doing much exercise,
