Another Newbie

Hi everyone, I'm Heather from north east England.

This is yet another attempt to lose weight. I've lost weight before and put back on but I'm struggling with motivation this time - the wine bottle and fast food have triumphed over my desire to lose weight recently.

But the time has come to get back on track and this site looks very useful and I hope to get to know you all.
