Another newbie...

Hi folks, just a wee hello from me I'm embarrassed to admit I have lurked on here for a long time and been too shy to actually join!

I've started following the slimming world plan for the 3rd time but am going it alone this time as can't afford the classes! I've a long journey ahead of me as I have a lot to lose so I reckoned it was time to stop lurking and join in on here
