Just thought of something else i need to ask

According to the book I can have 230-340g of salad per day, but it doesn't say how many grams of carbs this equates to, so if I have all this salad in a day how many carbs of my 20 allowance to I have left for cheese/eggs/muffins etc

Thanks, just trying to get it all straight so I don't go wrong before I begin!

I have no idea Jan, I never weighed, just used 3 mugs of greens a day love,.

if you go onto the atkins website you can download an induction phase 1 list of acceptable foods which gives you weights and carb counts for each veg
