    hey hajis-s, yes sweetner is allowed in tablet form only, so we're not allowed the granulated stuff.

    Diet:

    yes aslong as the sweetner is carb and calories free. A good one to use is Hermesetas, thats what i use, you can get it from tesco and probably other supermarkets.
