Another Question

Hi Guys,

Sorry to bombard you all with questions but still trying to get my head around all of this lol.

As I only started yesterday I'm trying to use all that I have already (in freezer etc) before going shopping tomorrow..... so....

Firstly, are potato waffles free on green?

And if I fancy something that isn't free ie toad in the hole (frozen) can I use it as a syn? I've not had any syns yet today.
