Haha I'm full of questions today!
Right the problem is that I work as a scrub nurse and I am concerned about the water issue. I only work 3 long days so the other days are not a problem, but sometimes I'm scrubbed at the operating table for 6 - 7 hours at a time so obviously i can't drink plus I don't drink before I scrub because i can't go the toilet!!
The only thing I can do is drink a little in the morning and then get the rest later on in the afternoon. Do you think this is ok?? I have read that you are supposed to drink sips thoughout the day!!
