Another way to keep tabs on your losses :)

I know we're all slightly hung up on tracking our losses so I thought Id share a pressie I got yesterday

ive taken 2 photos cos I cant get the writing on the cupcake to show up. Its a wee mini blackboard and you just write your losses on it

Mines going in the kitchen as a reminder. Theres other ones available with lbs lost and lbs to target on them but I dont want to think about how far away target is.

Really cute and only cost £6 inc postage
