I have been put back on omeprazole for relux but it hasn't been to bad for a week so not took them yet, hope it goes well.

doctor was a complete shambles.... she was too busy giving me an eating for dna's on my appointments which were out of my hands due to work and them not answering the ruddy phone

she seems to think its conflicting that my blue inhaler is working yet my brown one isnt.. she kept asking if i was taking it and i kept saying i was, the one thing I am definitely taking 100% too

and shes like... do you want to investigate this further...its up to you to decide, youre a grown up and all this crap.

Thankfully she did just give me my raynauds drugs without much questioning...

by the time i had all that over me i was so mentally exhausted I just didnt want to go another round with the whole reflux thing.. so i didnt even mention it :/

Heyyy guys. I'm in some shocking pain today, got braces fitted yesterday afternoon... the good thing is that the last thing I want to do is eat, gotta take the positives with the negatives lol
