Any alternatives to Fibre 89 ?

    Do anyone know if there is an alternative to the Fibre 89, used with the Cambridge Diet, as both hubby and I are doing the diet a jar dont last too long..

    Is the powder form, or the tablets for more effective ?
    Guess the plus side you can add the powder to the shakes !

    powder all the way!!

    the capsules have a funny coating and just don't seem to bulk up as much!!:D

    use sparringly....much more :airquote:effective:airquote: than fibre 89 in my experience!!:eek:

    Definately psyllium husks in powder form, it works & is dirt cheep, all health shops sell it....xxx
