Green Day Any ideas as to what i can make with this lot???

I have some Quorn sausages and tinned green lentils. Have lots of basic stuff eg tinned tomatoes, spices stock etc. I wanted to make some sort of beany lentilly sausage stew!!!
I just have no idea where to start.
Please help or its jacket potatoes again and thats all i have had for the past 8 days lol

not sure about the lentils as never cooked with them but i would get the tomatoes, add the sausages adn spices and stock and do the stew (if lentils easy to cook would add them) and serve with sw mash honey

This recipe can be SW adapted very easily. Use frylight and not oil for the veggies and Stir LF fromage frais through lentils instead of creme fraiche.
Using the Quorn sausages instead of meat ones.
Using bacon as syns or HEB if on a green, or just leave out ( or use quorn bacon)
