Hello I tried using the syns tab under the slimming world but no answers so ill try here!!!
Does any one know vegetable madras for the indian takeaway? on a green day. I asked whether I can use the beef madras syns for a red day as it has no meat and all veg thats free. someone said yes but I want to double check before I endulge with boiled rice btw

heres the post for madras
for a green day i would go for 11 syns for a veggie one considering the amount of oil that would be used. boiled rice and veggies would be free.

lost with your beef madras comment though....no meat?

LMAO I meant if i have a vegetable madras but take the syns for the red day beef madras its like having that without the meat but free veg instead and there would be no syns for the meat on the red day cause it's free as would the veg on the green day. dont think that makes sense either but hey ho ill take the red day syns

yes seeing how beef is free for the reds so therefore a curry would be 11 syns for us!

there is only about two other veggie dishes in the book. i reckon 11 would be about right or just maybe a few syns too much oh bombay potatoes is 7 syns for 340 g the madras is for 400 g
