Any other 30 day shredders out there?

    I would LOVE to keep up with this challenge - so far I've only managed 4 days in a row. Would anyone else like to join me doing it?

    LOL! Think I made it to about day 4.

    I'm going to start it again on holiday so that I've got something to keep me on the straight and narrow (I'll be away for 5 weeks).

    Hey I'm on day 7 level 1 :), it's getting easier, but soon I. 'Will be on level 2 :) I'm also going to the gym 3-5 times a week, I have to stick at it as got a holiday in December :) x

    I've just done it twice in a row, on day 4 too. By about day 6 I end up yelling at the TV screen and telling her to shut up. Have tried and failed many a time to finish it, hoping this will be it!

    I did day 2 this morning.

    I did day 1 on Sunday and then went to the gym on Monday so I didn't do day 2 until today.

    I can see that I may end up shouting at Jillian to shut up, especially when she says that when it hurts those are the ones that count!

    I am, only I haven't been able to do it everyday this week.

    I did day 1 on Sunday, went to the gym Monday, did day 2 yesterday and then had such a bad night last night that I couldn't get up at 5.30 this morning to do it before work.

    I was hoping to do it tonight but my babysitting has been extended so I won't get home till after 9 and will still need to eat!

    I will do Day 3 tomorrow promise!

    I need a boost with my weight loss to get me back on track!

    I have done day 1 today. Legs and arms feel ok atm, but tomorrow morning might be a different story!

    When I was on Slimming World last time around (2013), I did the 30 DS 3 months in a row! I was either mental or hardcore, but it really worked and it's so worth sticking it out to the end. I too shouted at her to shut up from time to time (and other expletives on the odd occassion!!). I'm now doing her yoga meltdown dvd, and loving that! She's a great trainer.

    Did you do it everyday for 3 months? How did your body change? I have just over 3 months before my holiday and need to get toned!!

    Yep, no breaks, I had an incredibly toned body and loved it!! Defined abs were my favourite! :) then I let it all go when I stopped working out and attending SW group. Back on it all now though and feeling good

    Wow that has spurred me on a bit more. Just a shame I find it so boring! :(

    I find it boring now, but I think that's because I've done it so often. I'm doing her yoga meltdown dvd now, which is great also.

    I've had to call time on all high impact training unfortunately. I'm sticking with spinning, swimming and the cross trainer now - it's really depressing me but I guess that's what happens with injury. :cry:
