I did not have a huge amount of weight to lose - 28lbs. I have managed to lose a stone, but fell off the wagon at Christmas. Back in now and in the zone but struggling to start losing again, any tips? I am new to the forum so looking for some great tips. Thanks x
Hi and welcome. Realistically if you only have 14 lbs to lose then you will likely lose slowly - so tip 1 is be prepared to go slowly. In fact Atkins actually recommends losing the last 10 pounds very very slowly - think 3 to six months
Anyway, if you want to get back on track fast then i would suggest a really nice clean and green 2 week induction to get your body all reset then move through owl levels while increasing your carbs fairly fast to get to pre maintenance promptly.
