Any tips for losing the last 14lbs?

Hi and welcome. Realistically if you only have 14 lbs to lose then you will likely lose slowly - so tip 1 is be prepared to go slowly. In fact Atkins actually recommends losing the last 10 pounds very very slowly - think 3 to six months:eek:

Anyway, if you want to get back on track fast then i would suggest a really nice clean and green 2 week induction to get your body all reset then move through owl levels while increasing your carbs fairly fast to get to pre maintenance promptly.
