Any tips on entering CD Slimmer Of The Year?

Hi,

Im interested in entering, but I dont know how you go about it, How to they judge?

Anyone have experience of entering/winning?

Also If you do win, do you go with your other half and your CDC?

Slimmer of the Year always takes place at the beginning of December.

Some of the weightloss must be during 2007 so you could have started your diet in 2006.

Entry forms are normally available in October.

It isn't necessarily the person with the largest weightloss sometimes its the story. All entries are taken on their merit and the judges decide the finalists and winner.

Last year's prize was a trip to Kuala Lumpur.
