Anybody doing Insanity?

    Hi All,

    I started the Insanity training program yesterday, as i was just wondering does anyone on here do it or has done it in the past?

    Does anyone have any tips to share??:)

    i do metafit which is apparntly like insanity. hmm no tips other then take water and stretch AFTER properlly or youll be walking funny for days!!!

    I did Insanity late last year, because of my arthitis I had to adjust some of the moves (ie power jumps I couldn't do so did a lower impact version). I can't in all honesty say I enjoyed it, HOWEVER I took off 4 inches and massively increased my fitness levels.

    I would say stick with it, it gets easier and any breaks you need to take become shorter and shorter.

    Well it's just what I needed leaves me I a pool of sweat and barely able to stand up. Could hardly get up this morning for the gym...... But no pain no gain......... Lots of pain though hahaha I have heard the second most th though is a horror show

    Oh god you get used to it then you have your recovery week, start the second section and its like all hell has broken loose! LOL BUT you'll definintely take off loads of inches and your fitness level with crash through the roof!!
